Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wanaka Wallpapering's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Wanaka Wallpapering provides professional wallpaper installation services including:

• Residential wallpaper installation
• Commercial wallpaper installation
• Design consultation services
• Surface preparation and finishing

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of consultation. Final pricing may be adjusted based on:

• Actual site conditions and measurements
• Complexity of the wallpaper pattern
• Additional surface preparation requirements
• Changes to the project scope

Any significant changes to pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project quote. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to secure booking and order materials
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Accepted payment methods will be specified in your quote

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements and site information
• Ensuring access to the work area during scheduled times
• Removing or protecting furniture and belongings
• Providing suitable wallpaper materials if not supplied by us
• Ensuring walls are structurally sound

Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. However, please note:

• Warranty applies to installation workmanship only
• Wallpaper material defects are covered by manufacturer warranties
• Normal wear and tear is not covered
• Damage caused by improper use or third parties is not covered

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Please provide at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling
• Deposits for ordered materials may be non-refundable
• Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations

Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that may be revealed during wallpaper removal or installation. We carry appropriate insurance for our work.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Wanaka Wallpapering and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage open communication to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. Any disputes will be governed by New Zealand law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
